The Challenge: Women didn't have many options for showing their team pride. Most companies took men's jerseys, shrunk them down and made them pink. The NFL had a great line of apparel for women, who make up almost half of their fan base, but awareness for the line was low.
The Solution: We found a dozen inspiring female fans and created the It's My Team Campaign. These women, big names in entertainment, sports and even politics, helped us reach new audiences and empower women everywhere to show off their team pride their way.
